2018 autumn-winter collection "Lovelorn”
今日から少しづつですがla fleurの新しいコレクションを紹介させて頂きます
今シーズンのコレクションのインスピレーションは
写真家Todd Hideによる作品集”BETWEEN THE TWO”から
暗がりのモーテルに佇むモデルたちとの間に満ちるのは
オレンジの光に象徴されるべく 濃密な時
互いに時を共有しながら 寄り添うでもないそれぞれの距離
彼女たちの肌の 触れずとも感じる温度や鼓動
Lovelorn
その身を浸すように孤独を味わう彼女たちの姿と
重なるようなこの言葉が 今回のコレクションのテーマです
前シーズンからの連作とも言うべき
人と人との関係性を
私なりの理解によって作品の中に落とし込めないかと言う
一つの小さな挑戦でもあります
彼がカメラのファインダーを通して 彼女たちを見つめるように
私の周りの女性達の言葉を
花々にビニールを重ねる手法により見つめ
前シーズン同様に繰り返し表現しています
透明のビニールを通して 色や形を露わにする花々
ありきたりの美しさではない 憂いや強さを内在した姿
あるいは 彼女たちが一瞬見せた表情を
彼のファインダーが捉えるごとく
美しい花の一瞬に 封じ込めるように現したコレクションです
The inspiration of this season’s collection came from “BETWEEN THE TWO” by photographer, Todd Hide.
A dark motel room is filled with intense moment of orange light, between a model and the lens.
Keeping its distance by sharing their time, but not snuggling up.
Two can feel their heat and heartbeat without touching each other.
The title “Lovelorn” overlaps the image of hers as if she sinks her body into the loneliness.
To transform human relationships into my piece is a continuing small challenge from last season.
Just like the way he saw the model through the lens,
I see the word by the women around me through my work by the technique
of laying over the pedals and the lens from last season.
The flowers are exposing it’s color and shape through clear pvc with holing not the ordinary beauty,
but their sorrow and strength inside.
This collection was capturing the brief moment of beautiful flower,
just like how he did the model expression through the lens.
